Annapolis Police Makes Arrest in Managed Property Burglary


On 01/18/2020 at approximately 09:56 am, Annapolis Police responded to the 2000 block of Forest Drive for a breaking and entering in progress. 

Upon arrival, a witness reported that a male subject was seen entering the side door of the vacant residence. 


With the help of a police k9 partner, the subject, Emiliano Figueroa Santiago, 55, of no fixed address, was found hiding in the front room of the residence. 

It was confirmed that Mr. Figuero-Santiago did not have permission to be inside the residence. The residence is owned by Park Place LLC and it was verified that no one had permission to be in the residence. Outside of the property is multiple no trespassing signs posted. Mr. Figuero Santiago was placed under arrest and charged with burglary 4th degree and trespassing.
