Several Hundred Grams of Marijuana, More Than $3K in Cash Seized During Traffic Stop in Brooklyn

Anne Arundel County Police officers seized more than $3K in cash and several hundred grams of marijuana during a traffic stop in Brooklyn, officials said today. 

On October 17, 2020 at approximately 11:50 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop of a Black Honda Accord in the area of Old Riverside Road and Edgevale Road West in Brooklyn. Upon approaching the vehicle, officers detected an odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. The investigation led to a search of a the vehicle which resulted in the recovery of 317 grams of marijuana, 41 grams of THC oil, 576 grams of THC edibles and $3,075 in U.S. currency. 

The driver, 31 year old Amanda Sue Wilkins, was arrested and charged accordingly.
