Annapolis Woman Arrested, Released on Bond Following Attack of Young Girl Near Brooklyn

A woman from Annapolis was recently arrested and later released on bail in connection with the alleged assault of a young girl in the Brooklyn Park area. 

The Anne Arundel County Police Department said that on May 10, 2022, at approximately 6:30 p.m., officers responded to the 5000 block of Ritchie Highway for an assault that had just occurred. According to authorities, the victims stated they were walking down the street when an unknown woman assaulted the juvenile victim. According to department officials, the suspect put the victim in a chokehold, slammed her against a wall, and began strangling her. 

The parties reportedly do not know each other, and the suspect's motive is unknown, police said. 

The suspect was arrested, charged accordingly and identified as:

Kellin Dakota Bundy

Court records indicate Bundy was released after posting a $500 bond.
