Crofton Drug Bust Yields Crack-Cocaine, Fentanyl Seizure

More than $16,000 worth of illegal drugs were seized during a drug bust in Crofton, according to the Anne Arundel County Police Department. 

On February 4, 2021 at 11:43 a.m., officers served a search warrant on a residence located on the 900 block of Eastham Court in Crofton. This search warrant was executed after a lengthy, several month investigation into a person suspected of selling CDS Heroin, Fentanyl and Cocaine in the community. 

The investigations resulted in an arrest and seizure of the following:  

The following evidence/property was seized:

One (1) Taurus .357 SIG handgun 

Ten (10) unspent rounds of Speer .357 SIG

One (1) plastic bag containing suspected CDS Fentanyl - 140.71 grams or approx. 5.025 ounces, with a street value of $14,000.00 U.S. Currency 

One (1) plastic bag containing suspected CDS Crack Cocaine - 29.21 grams or approx. 1 ounce, with a street value of $2,800.00 U.S. Currency 

One (1) glass jar containing a green plant-like substance, suspected marijuana - 7.94 grams, with a street value of $158.80 U.S. Currency

One (1) functional black digital scale containing white powder residue 

Two (2) cell phones 

2018 Honda Accord

$20,526 in US Currency
