Anne Arundel County Sheriff's Office Arrest Two Men in Glen Burnie on Child Sex Abuse, Sexual Assault Allegations
The Anne Arundel County Sheriff's Office has announced the arrests of two men in Glen Burnie in connection with allegations of child sex abuse and sexual assault.
On September 16, 2025, deputies responded to the 500 block of Dahlgreen Court to locate Jose E. Montesflores-Reyes. Montesflores-Reyes had been under investigation by the Anne Arundel County Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division (CID) Child Abuse Unit. A warrant was subsequently issued, charging him with:
* Sexual Offense (3rd Degree)
* Sexual Offense (4th Degree)
* Sexual Abuse of a Minor
* Assault (2nd Degree)
Montesflores-Reyes was arrested without incident and transported to the Jennifer Road Detention Center for booking.
Earlier, on September 12, 2025, deputies located and arrested Milton Orellano-Henriquez in the 100 block of Northdale. This arrest was also made without incident. The warrant for Orellano-Henriquez stemmed from an investigation conducted by the Anne Arundel County Police Department’s CID Child Abuse Unit. He has been charged with:
* Sexual Offense (3rd Degree)
* Sexual Offense (4th Degree)
* Assault (2nd Degree)
