Police Investigates Edgewater Bank Robbery

Anne Arundel County Police detectives are investigating the robbery of a bank in Edgewater. 

On November 23, 2020 at approximately 9:25 a.m., officers and robbery detectives responded for a bank robbery at the TD Bank located at 2 Lee Airpark Drive in Edgewater. An unknown male suspect entered the bank, implied he had a handgun and announced a robbery. The teller complied and the suspect fled with an unknown amount of cash. 

Officers searched the area with the assistance of the police K9 unit, but were unable to locate the suspect. No weapons were displayed and no injuries were reported.

Suspect: Black male, approximately 5'10" to 5'11" tall, wearing a black jacket, black pants, black face covering blue hat and yellow traffic vest
