Police Execute Search Warrant in Whispering Woods Amid Allegations of Suspected Drug Distribution, Authorities Report

A search warrant was executed in Whispering Woods following suspicions of drug distribution, according to the Anne Arundel County Police Department.

 Department officials said that in June 2025, detectives received information about possible CDS distribution at a residence in the 1500 block of Lodge Pole Court.

"The investigation led to the execution of a search warrant at the residence on July 8, 2025, resulting in the seizure of approximately 17 grams of suspected Cocaine, approximately 5 grams of suspected Crack Cocaine, approximately 790 grams of suspected anabolic steroids (19 vials), approximately 11 grams of an unknown white powder substance, a digital scale and $39,850.00 cash," the statement said. 

The subject of the investigation was taken into custody at the scene, charged and identified by the police department as 46 year old Robert Lee Deaton 3rd.
