Anne Arundel County Fire Truck Caught Fire While Receiving Maintenance in Baltimore City
An Anne Arundel County Fire engine reportedly caught fire on Monday afternoon while undergoing maintenance in Baltimore, according to officials.
In a statement to Report Annapolis News, a fire department spokesperson stated that Reserve truck 88 was out of service and in the 500 block of Ensor Street for maintenance by a private business when it caught fire and was extinguished by the Baltimore City Fire Department.
No injuries were reported. Investigators responded to the scene, and the investigation into the cause of the incident is ongoing, the spokesperson said.
