Annapolis Police Department Investigates Royal Street Shooting That Left One Person Injured

The Annapolis Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on Royal Street last night, resulting in injuries to at least one individual. 

At approximately 10:30 p.m., officers arrived at the scene and discovered a victim with injuries consistent with a gunshot wound.  The unidentified person was subsequently airlifted to a nearby hospital for medical treatment, department officials stated in a press release today.
