Glen Burnie Teen Arrested by Northern District Officers on Allegations of Weapons Possession, Says County Police

The Anne Arundel County Police Department reported today that Northern District police officers recently made an arrest of a teenager on a handgun-related accusation. 

A press release detailed that on July 12, 2025, at approximately 5:10 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance in the vicinity of Chase Walk and Hopkins Corner. As officers approached, a male reportedly fled on foot, removing clothing and reaching into his pants. Department officials stated that allegedly the pursuing officers located the subject and recovered a loaded 9mm Glock handgun that had been discarded. 

The individual arrested and charged was identified as Christopher Esau Sagastume-Morales, 18 years old.
