Annapolis' own Middleton Tavern was featured in a news segment filmed today by Good Morning America.
GMA aired live from Annapolis, with ABC News' Morgan Norwood reporting from Middleton Tavern, Maryland's oldest business, established in 1750. The owner's family shared stories and signature dishes, joined by staff and locals displaying their Maryland pride.
The broadcast also offered fun facts about Maryland and honored Harriet Tubman's legacy, featuring Donna Dear and Paulette Green, owners of Mt. Pleasant Acres Farms, and Angela Crenshaw, Director of Maryland's Park Service and USA Today's Maryland Woman of the Year.
