Traffic Stop on Hospital Drive in Glen Burnie Results in One Arrest, Police Say

One person was arrested following a traffic stop in Glen Burnie, according to the Anne Arundel County Police Department. 

On April 14, 2021 at approximately 10:50 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop of a blue Honda Accord in the area of Hospital Drive and Crain highway. Upon approaching the vehicle, the officer observed marijuana in plain view within the vehicle. The investigation led to a search of the vehicle resulting in the seizure of numerous bags of suspected marijuana weighing 419 grams, two digital scales and a large amount of packaging material.

 The driver was arrested, charged and identified as:

Kavon Chatman
DOB: 6/26/2000 
6800 block of Brookmill Road
Baltimore, Maryland
