3 People Arrested Following Drugs, Weapon Seizure During Traffic Stop in Brooklyn Park

Three people were arrested after police found drugs and a firearm while conducting a traffic stop in Brooklyn Park.


On April 22, 2021 at approximately 10:20 p.m. officers conducted a traffic stop of a white Chevrolet Tahoe in the area of Doris Avenue and Ritchie Highway. The vehicle was occupied with three subjects. 

Upon speaking with the driver, the officer received information leading to a search of the vehicle which resulted in the seizure of three plastic yellow containers and four plastic blue containers containing suspected MDMA, a suboxone strip, a clear Ziploc baggie containing two smaller plastic packages with buprenorphine/naloxone, three blue plastic containers containing suspected crack-cocaine, a clear plastic pop top container containing suspected MDMA, and a loaded Glock 22 handgun containing 11 rounds of ammunition.

All three suspects were transported to central booking, charged and identified as:
