Annapolis Man Allegedly Pulled Gun on 12 Year Old Christmas Carolers, Police Say

A 58 year old Annapolis man is facing criminal charges after allegedly pulling a firearm on a group of young Christmas Carolers. 

According to police, On November 22, 2025, at 9:10 p.m., officers responded to a report of an assault that occurred around 8:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of Point No Point Drive in Annapolis.

"The investigation revealed the three juvenile female victims (all 12 years old) were going door-to-door in the area, singing Christmas carols, when the suspect at one of the residences pointed a firearm at them from a window inside of his residence," the department said in a press release. "The suspect was located and taken into custody and charged with first- and second-degree assault and related charges. The firearm, a .40 caliber Glock handgun, was recovered."

Paul Brian Susie, who remains innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, was identified as the suspect. Mr. Susie was released after posting a $10,000 unsecured personal bond, according to court records.
