Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino Issues Blunt Warning to Criminals: We are about to ruin your summer if you are a bad guy.
Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino issued a forthright warning to criminals during a Fox News interview, vowing an aggressive law enforcement crackdown under President Donald J. Trump's leadership.
"There is a new sheriff in town. His name's Donald J. Trump," Bongino stated. "We're about to ruin your summer if you're a bad guy." Bongino informed Maria Bartiromo that under the current leadership, the FBI has targeted violent crime, trafficking, and organized criminal networks, noting the arrest of over 400 suspected predators and the rescue of 115 children in under a month.
"That knock at the door. That's not Amazon, that's going to be us," Deputy Director Bongino asserted, emphasizing the dismantling of organized crime organizations and reduction of violent crime. "Don't buy movie tickets because you're probably not going to cash them in."
Bongino also stressed the importance of partnering with other law enforcement agencies to collect field intelligence and deploy resources effectively.
