Cause of Death Under Investigation for Man Found Beneath College Creek Bridge in Annapolis

An autopsy is expected to determine the cause and manner of death of a man whose body was discovered recently beneath the College Creek Bridge in Annapolis.

On Monday, March 31, emergency vehicles were called to an area on Rowe Boulevard at approximately 4:21 p.m. following the report of a body found under the College Creek Bridge. Upon arrival, authorities located 30-year-old Carlos Portillo deceased.

Officials reported there were no obvious signs of foul play observed at the scene. 

Mr. Portillo’s remains were transported to the Maryland Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore for an autopsy. The results were not immediately available.
