Annapolis Mayor Jared Littmann Welcomes National Governors Association Delegation at Reception Hosted by Maryland First Lady Dawn Moore

Annapolis Mayor Jared Littmann and his wife, Marlene Littmann, welcomed a delegation from the National Governors Association to Annapolis last week for a reception.

The event was hosted by Maryland First Lady Dawn Flythe Moore and brought together governor’s spouses and senior aides from across the country.

“My wife Marlene and I were proud to welcome a delegation from the National Governors Association to Annapolis Wednesday evening for a wonderful reception hosted by Maryland First Lady Dawn Flythe Moore in Government House, the governor’s residence,” Mayor Littmann said in a social media statement.

In remarks delivered during the reception, Littmann addressed attendees, saying: “Thank you for what you do, both with the public and behind the scenes. Thank you for being here in Annapolis to share your journey with one another. I look forward to the conversations we’ll have this evening because no matter where or how you serve as a public official, we’re all in the people business. Thank you for joining us, and welcome to Annapolis!”

The reception provided an opportunity for engagement and connection among attendees representing states across the nation.
