Employee at Bowen Farm Supply in Annapolis Faces Assault Charge After Fight with Co-Worker Ends with Stabbing

An employee at Bowen Farm Supply in Annapolis is accused of stabbing a co-worker during a fight at the business on Friday. 

In a press release, the Anne Arundel County Police Department said that on January 27, 2023, at approximately 7:50 a.m., officers responded to the business for a reported stabbing. "Officers determined there was a verbal argument between two male employees that escalated into a physical altercation, during which one of the individuals was stabbed," the release said. 

The suspect, 22 year old Joshua Joseph Stansbury (shown below),  left the area prior to police arrival, however, he was located at his residence in Annapolis and taken into custody, according to the police department.  The 49-year-old victim reportedly was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
