Family of Timothy Randolph, 45, of Baltimore, Mourns Loss After Fatal Odenton Shooting

The Anne Arundel County Police Department is investigating the fatal shooting of a loving husband, father, brother, and friend, a tragic incident that has left his family devastated.

According to police, officers responded shortly after 12:30 a.m. on January 10, 2026, to a report of a shooting in a commercial parking lot in the 1600 block of Annapolis Road in Odenton. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

“Once on scene, officers located an adult male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Fire Department personnel provided treatment at the scene and then transported the victim, identified as 45-year-old Timothy Leslie Randolph, of Baltimore, to the Baltimore Washington Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased,” department officials stated.

Sources familiar with the investigation told Report Annapolis News that Randolph sustained upper-body injuries consistent with a gunshot wound.

Family members have publicly expressed their grief and urged the public to assist investigators. 

In a social media post, one relative wrote, “Time will slowly heal the pain that transitions throughout my family. As more and more public information becomes available on his murder, I respectfully ask that any tips or informations be sent to Anne Arundel County Police.”

In another post, a family member said, “Tim was tragically taken from us overnight. Our family is reeling from this loss. We are leaning on each other and our faith right now. Thank you for your prayers and for holding our family in your hearts.”
