“Building a customer-focused culture in City government is a key component of Annapolis Works,” said Mayor Littmann. “Tiyana has deep connections in the community and solid experience helping constituents find solutions. We’re excited to have her join the team.”
Before joining the City, Parker worked as a Community Engagement Officer in the Anne Arundel County Executive’s Office, managing hundreds of community engagements annually and leading major cultural and service initiatives.
