Our Legacy Tours to Present Dreams of My Soul: Rebirth at St. John's College

Community members will have an opportunity to experience a powerful theatrical journey through Annapolis' past when Janice Hayes-Williams and Our Legacy Tours present Dreams of My Soul: Rebirth later this month at St. John's College.

The free production will be performed at 6 p.m. on Friday, June 26, and Saturday, June 27, in the Francis Scott Key Auditorium at St. John's College, 60 College Avenue, Annapolis.

Dreams of My Soul invites audiences to step into the untold history of Annapolis during the revolutionary tensions of 1776, offering a compelling look inside the lives of the "other" families of the era, including the enslaved, the indentured, and the gentry. Though separated by circumstance and social status, the production explores how each group was united by one universal aspiration: freedom.

The performance seeks to bring local history to life through diverse perspectives, encouraging audiences to reflect on the stories that have often remained outside traditional historical narratives.
Admission is free, but tickets are required.
