Welcome to the Good Life: Eastport Splash Bash & Field Day Brings Swimming, Music, Great Vibes and Community Together

Children, families, friends, neighbors and community leaders gathered in Eastport yesterday for an afternoon of swimming, music, good food, great vibes and community fellowship during the Splash Bash & Field Day. The free community event offered several hours of outdoor recreation and activities for all ages, creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere filled with fun and connection throughout the afternoon.

Attendees enjoyed swimming, music, 3-on-3 basketball, flag football, sack races and other field day activities, giving both children and adults plenty of ways to participate and enjoy the day.

With plenty of music, food, laughter and activities, the Splash Bash & Field Day offered something for everyone and served as another example of the meaningful, community centered events taking place throughout Annapolis.

The gathering, sponsored in part by Ms. Heaven White's Heavenly Green program, carried a simple message that was reflected throughout the afternoon: come for the fun and stay for the community, marking the close of another summer season at the Leron M. Fisher Community Swimming Pool.
