Pasadena Man Attempted to Evade Officers Prior to Arrest in Glen Burnie, Police Say

A man from Pasadena allegedly tried to evade patrol officers before being arrested in Glen Burnie, according to the Anne Arundel County Police Department. 

In a statement, department officials said that on October 2, 2023, at approximately 11:30 p.m., the officers observed a suspicious occupied vehicle in the unit block of Mountain Road in Glen Burnie. "Officers approached the vehicle and noticed an unconscious subject who appeared to be intoxicated in the driver’s seat. The officer observed suspected marijuana in the center console, the statement said.  "The suspect was uncooperative and attempted to drive away from officers but was unsuccessful. Officers recovered approximately 21.68 ounces of suspected marijuana, $1,334.00 in U.S. currency and CDS paraphernalia."

The suspect was arrested, charged and identified as:

21-year-old
