Stolen Credit Card Investigation at Linthicum Hotel Yields Arrest of Two Teens, Seizure of Marijuana and Loaded Gun

Officers with the Anne Arundel County Police Department arrested two teens after finding nearly 300 grams of pot and a loaded gun during a recent credit card theft investigation.  

On April 5, 2023, at approximately 11:00 p.m., the officers responded for a report of a stolen credit card at the Sheraton, 1100 Old Elkridge Landing Road in Linthicum. Upon arrival, officers learned that two suspects checked into the hotel using a stolen credit card, the police department said in a statement.  

"Officers responded to the room and made contact with both suspects. During their investigation officers recovered a loaded semi-automatic handgun, approximately 260g of suspected marijuana, and $3,212 in cash.

Officers would go on to learn that the male suspect was prohibited from possessing a firearm." Both suspects were arrested, charged accordingly and identified as:
